Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating the crewing of 45 pilots across 13 aircraft
Support the Finance Team to provide the trip data necessary for billings
Participate in Operations Meetings to collaborate on logistics management for the fleet/schedule
Coordinate scheduling needs with the Maintenance Department
Complete special projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Opportunity to improve processes, documentation, and provide a unique perspective to the Aviation operation
Qualification
Required
Desired Major: Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science
Desired Class Year: Junior or Senior
Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, all working towards the same goal
Desired Skills: Analytical skills to be used for solving complex logistical problems in a fast-paced environment
