Regional Sales Manager - South Central
JCB North America is the world’s largest privately-owned manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to increase call activity and build relationships with National Account customers while achieving sales targets in the assigned territory of Texas.

Responsibilities
Generate retail sales from national rental branches in assigned area of primary responsibility
Conduct training and demonstrations as required
“Cold call” canvas new/potential rental house customers as appropriate
Guide/direct with Regional Sales Manager’s call strategy on ARA rental houses through JCB dealers
Provide JCB North America headquarters with competitive intelligence from assigned area of primary responsibility
Forecast, track and report rental activities to management
Continually identify area of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability
Understand the key performance indicators that leverage our rental customer’s business
Field based with travel as required in support of team projects, KPI’s and/or development of assigned accounts
Maintain and up-to-date understanding of JCB products to facilitate sales efforts that affect target markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Five plus years of relevant sales experience in the industry
Demonstrated success with meeting sales targets and goals
Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employment tests as applicable
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Comfortable in an in-person office environment
Technical competence is a plus
Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
Must have excellent follow-through skills
Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
Must be open to domestic and international travel
Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
