Responsibilities
Defining program vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes aligned to corporate priorities
Leading enterprise-scale initiatives, including Oracle ERP Fusion implementations, with full accountability for planning, delivery, governance, and adoption
Building integrated program plans, roadmaps, and long-range execution models across engineering, applications, infrastructure, InfoSec, and business teams
Driving cross-organizational alignment across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Security, and Engineering for highly interdependent workstreams
Managing program-level dependencies, risks, and interlocks; establishing mitigation, escalation, and recovery frameworks
Guiding technical teams through architectural decisions, integrations, data flows, and migration strategies, particularly within Oracle Fusion ERP
Managing strategic vendors and system integrators while optimizing delivery quality, contractual compliance, and partner effectiveness
Qualification
Required
12 years of experience leading large-scale technical and business transformation programs, including ownership of enterprise ERP initiatives
End-to-end program management experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations including solutions/program design, data migration, integrations, testing cycles, cutover planning and post go-live stabilization
A solid technical and consulting background to credibly evaluate risks, architectural complexity, system designs, and cross-functional impacts
A proven ability to influence senior executives, drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups, and communicate complex topics clearly
Experience leading programs across infrastructure, security, cloud, SaaS platforms, business applications, and enterprise systems
Solid leadership, executive presence, negotiation skills, and an ability to drive decisions in high-stakes environments
