Multifamily Affordable Production & Sales Sr. Associate
Freddie Mac is committed to making home possible for families across the country. They are seeking a Production Senior Associate to join their Multifamily Production and Sales team, where the role involves originating and structuring multifamily loans and managing lender accounts.

Responsibilities
Assist in loan screening, joint marketing calls to meet with active borrowers in assigned accounts, and ad hoc projects to help the team
Manage a high volume of deals, lender accounts, preliminary analysis of deals per Freddie Mac’s credit policies, and the quoting and deal structuring process
Work cooperatively with the underwriting group to negotiate the terms of the transaction and to otherwise ensure clear communication and a seamless execution
Assist with deal management through rate lock and is expected to be involved as necessary as issues arise through the underwriting, commitment and closing process
Pipeline and deal management for the assigned lenders will be required
You will be exposed to all aspects of the multifamily lending
You will think creatively to help identify and drive improvements for deal processes, reporting, and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning or related field
4+ years of commercial real estate experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Multifamily experience is preferred (internships count)
Banking or Real Estate Development experience is helpful
