Responsibilities
Support project teams on investigations, assessments, and design tasks
Assist with site visits, photo documentation, and preparation of technical reports
Help develop drawings, details, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior staff
Participate in field observations, basic testing, and construction administration activities
Contribute to research, data analysis, and review of architectural/engineering documents
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions for our clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
A genuine interest in building performance, construction, and how materials and systems come together
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn building enclosure and architectural engineering concepts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to travel for site visits and field work as needed
Preferred
Basic familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus—but not required
