Responsibilities

Implement and manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS tools, ensuring seamless integration into the company's technological ecosystem
Build creative custom applications and automations contributing to the extensibility of tools across the company
Lead governance initiatives to maintain system integrity in accordance with least privileged access
Design, implement, and manage user lifecycle management processes and improvements
Assess and enhance SaaS tool integrations to improve workflow efficiencies across various business units within the organization
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to develop and implement enterprise application security measures, including regular audits and updates to security protocols
Be the point of contact for application ownership, delegating roles, permissions, and integration capabilities safely to empower and educate users

Required

1+ years of experience in IT Engineering with a focus on IAM and SaaS tools
Experience implementing IAM solutions through an Identity Provider such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, or Google Identity
Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools
Experience building end-to-end continuous integration solutions using SCIM, REST APIs, and Webhooks
Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, and Oauth 2.0
Adept in leveraging a scripting language, including Python, PowerShell, or Go
Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to identify and solve problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
Willingness to work on-site at our Costa Mesa, CA, office

Preferred

Experience managing IAM architecture in a zero trust and password-less environment
Experience implementing onboarding & off-boarding automations for an enterprise at scale
Background of supporting complex compliance initiatives across applications
Strong understanding of identity governance framework
