The Digital Designer will play a crucial role in the Marketing & Communications team by creating high-quality digital graphics, managing web and app content, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Create graphics for various mediums
Work collaboratively with the Video team to support their graphics needs
Create assets for the Social team as needed
Create graphics weekly for both email and web content
Design and implement landing pages and email templates
Create and design landing pages for promotions
Update the homepage and other pages in relation to marketing plans
Create email templates for marketing purposes
Create email templates that deliver World Challenge regularly scheduled content
Schedule content to be posted to Website and Mobile app
Update site content as needed
Post content to app on a weekly basis
Other Duties as Directed by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Alignment with World Challenge's Statement of Faith and commitment to a biblical worldview
Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
Excellent writing and editing skills; strong command of English in both written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Experience with Mailchimp or comparable email marketing tools
Skilled using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Analytics
SEO/SEM best practices
UI/UX best practices
