Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture and implementation of integrations with multiple systems (Labor Management, ERP, MES, other sources)

Design and implement secure data pipelines for performance metrics, attendance data, and feedback systems

Develop APIs and interfaces for cross-system communication

Implement reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision making

Ensure all implementations meet Leo's security and export control requirements

Provide technical guidance for system configuration and customization

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
