Responsibilities

Review and analyze regulatory alerts from various authorities to assess applicability and impact on U.S. operations
Help lead horizon scanning efforts to identify regulatory changes
Clearly articulate applicability assessments and potential impacts for internal and external review
Communicate with stakeholders to confirm relevance and understand business implications of regulatory changes
Monitor and report on key regulatory developments and support related education initiatives
Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory projects and change initiatives
Contribute to maintaining and improving RCM policies, procedures, and governance processes
Prepare key metrics and management reports to support internal and external governance
Assist in the development and upkeep of the RCM RegTech tool, central repository, and taxonomy
Promote collaboration and consistency across all RCM activities to ensure a sustainable, unified framework

Required

Experience in regulatory change management within the financial services industry
Strong analytical skills to review and assess regulatory alerts

Experience in developing and maintaining policies and procedures
Ability to promote collaboration across teams
