Responsibilities

Administer OCI resources (compute, storage, networking)

Monitor performance, availability, and incidents; coordinate with Oracle

Perform patching, upgrades, backups, recovery, and DR planning

Manage SaaS environments (ERP, HCM, SCM) ensuring stability

Own environment strategy, refresh cycles, and cutovers

Govern release and migration processes for patches/integrations

Partner with Oracle and internal teams on quarterly updates

Define governance standards (naming conventions, refresh protocols, access)

Support DevOps, CI/CD, and testing automation

Maintain documentation and dashboards

Collaborate with business and support teams during releases

Qualification

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)ERP environment managementLinux/Unix administrationDevOps toolsITIL change managementProject coordinationTroubleshooting skillsBachelor’s degreePMP certification

Required

7–10 years in system administration and ERP environment/release management

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM)

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and cloud monitoring

Experience with ERP SaaS environment management, release strategy, and quarterly updates

Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, CI/CD)

Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and project coordination skills

Knowledge of ITIL change/release management

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ITIL, or PMP certifications
