This role provides an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to work on land development, municipal, and infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Develop civil engineering designs and drawings including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance, including preparation of applications to local, state, and federal agencies
Prepare engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and technical reports to support design decisions
Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions
Support stormwater management and drainage design (software experience a plus)
Participate in site visits and field inspections to verify design implementation and support issue resolution
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
0–3 years of civil engineering design experience (land development or municipal projects preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software
Interest in stormwater management and site development design
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment
Motivation to grow professionally and pursue licensure (PE a plus)
Preferred
EIT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
