Troon is a prestigious resort lifestyle community, and they are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Manager. The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for curating and executing a robust program of activities and events that engage and enrich the lives of members and guests, with a special focus on Kids Programming.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences for our Skye Ranch Kids and Families

Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community

Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from the community to continually improve and evolve the program offerings

Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant

Planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events and activities, from start to finish

Required

A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities for a youth audience

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Members, team members, and external partners

A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, childcare or a related field

A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and enriching the lives of others
