Responsibilities

Help design and delivery required material to feed into this process
Provide blueprint material highlighting repeatable architectural solutions
Ensure that what we produce covers AI, Agentic AI for products and its role in future deliverables across not only our Automation Portfolio of products but encompasses other related areas like Data, Sustainability and Security
Work with Engineers to help feed information into the process
Develop a ‘library’ of reusable material in the form of whitepapers, assets and accelerators

Qualification

LLM AI modelsConversational AISoftware development (Java)Data ScienceAI GovernanceSolution architecturesUnderstanding customer requirementsCommunication skillsWriting skills

Required

Background (courses or work experience) in LLM AI models and platforms (e.g. watsonx.ai)
Background (courses or work experience) with conversational and agentic AI
Background (courses or work experience) with software development (Java)
Good communication and writing skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and pain points and ability to apply AI to best address them

Preferred

Skills with Data Science and traditional AI/ML modeling evaluation (classification, regression)
Understanding of AI Governance
Experience in solution architectures
