Brand Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead product launch activities, including collateral development, customer communications, and alignment with sales teams
Develop and execute 360° marketing plans in partnership with the Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive, multi-channel strategies
Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, digital ads, and product documentation
Build and manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners to produce compelling content, photography, renderings, and videos for campaigns and eCommerce
Support lead generation and demand creation initiatives, including campaigns, trade shows, events, and showroom experiences
Create and distribute marketing assets, such as brochures, presentations, blogs, and other content for SEO and sales enablement
Maintain and optimize the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure accurate and accessible marketing files
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while supporting additional marketing needs as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience; agency experience is a plus
Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with CMS platforms, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud
