This role involves partnering with executive leadership and managing various financial processes including fund accounting, tax, valuations, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Partner with third-party fund administrators to execute quarterly and annual audited financial reporting
Manage capital calls, distributions, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations
Oversee cash management including reconciliations, forecasting, and credit facility activity
Coordinate audits and tax processes across administrators, auditors, and external tax advisors
Support investment closings including wires, transaction documentation, and investment record maintenance
Assist with quarterly valuation processes, KPI updates, and valuation schedules
Support management company accounting, budgeting, payables, billing, and expense reporting
Assist with investor reporting, fundraising data requests, and quarterly performance materials
Drive operational process improvements, workflow automation, and optimization of internal systems
Support vendor management, cybersecurity initiatives, employee onboarding, and internal events
Assist with compliance administration including policy maintenance, filings, and employee training
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in fund accounting across public and/or private vehicles
Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, or fund administration environments
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
