Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Set clear performance goals and provide coaching to ensure team success
Serve as the senior point of contact for a premier hospitality client, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities
Own the financial health of the account portfolio, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and margin optimization
Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, and client lifetime value to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Partner with Finance to develop accurate budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets
Analyze account performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Implement best practices for account management processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions
Provide regular reporting on account performance, financial metrics, and team productivity to senior leadership
Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
