Facilities Services
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers
Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and a “Welcome to Citi Field;”
Reporting all overages and shortages
Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly
Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Adhering to Impark (Mets) dress code for proper attire and grooming
Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers
Working individually and/or in a team environment
Displaying good verbal and visual communication skills
Displaying and demonstrating high-quality common sense
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to verbally communicate with guests
Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments
At least 18 years of age
Basic math skills
Preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferred
Experience with cash handling is an asset
