Responsibilities

Develop SMART brand strategies aligned with company goals, sales targets, and budgets

Contribute insights to Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and brand strategy processes

Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive price positioning

Lead sourcing, tactics, and relationship management for assigned brands in collaboration with suppliers, sales, and marketing teams

Drive sales execution through national and local programs across PBI, wholesaler, and retail systems

Launch new products and portfolios with tailored programming and tools

Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian wine suppliers, sales teams, and distributor networks

Partner with marketing and PR to execute and monitor effective brand programs

Conduct periodic business reviews with stakeholders to align on performance and goals

Forecast and manage inventory to meet market demand efficiently

Optimize promotional and operational spending to enhance sales, profits, and cost performance

Adapt strategies and tactics based on market trends and performance data

Provide leadership with actionable insights to support decision-making
