Agency Partnerships Manager - USA
Richpanel is a growing company focused on building a partner ecosystem with Shopify agencies and tech partners. The Agency Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling the partner program, managing the full partner journey, and generating revenue through partnerships.

Responsibilities
Build and own the Shopify partner program from scratch
Recruit and activate 20-25 high-potential agency partners in your first 6 months
Drive a 30 demos/month run rate through partner referrals
Maintain a 50%+ win rate on partner-sourced leads
Develop foundational partner materials - agreements, incentives, enablement kits
Build relationships with execs at top agencies and apps
Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and shared success
Analyse performance, spot patterns, and optimise for scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years in partnerships or channel sales at a B2B SaaS company
Direct experience in the Shopify ecosystem—agencies, apps, or tech partners
Ability to build long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships
Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through partnerships
Ability to prioritize the highest-potential partners, spot patterns, and optimize
Experience creating programs from scratch and comfortable working with limited resources
Self-driven and able to work in ambiguous, high-ownership environments
Preferred
Experience in early-stage startups
Experience in partner enablement
Experience in the broader e-commerce tech stack
