They are seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite support and validation of construction processes while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Meet with GC and subcontractors, go through all plans and verify build from the owner’s perspective

Act as remote support for sites located in other regions between onsite visits

Assist construction CM/PMs with specific Hardware design and integration installs

Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely completion of installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Act as a technical escalation SME for complex construction issues and ensure effective resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and customer feedback

Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety in all field operations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new technologies and systems in the field

Provide direct electro-mechanical trouble shooting and repair as needed

Required

A strong technical and construction background, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset

Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively with contractors performing maintenance or upgrades in the data center environment

Ability to read blueprints and understand schematics related to data center support equipment with ease

Excellent presentation and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to lead with confidence plus clear, concise communication

Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)

Previous experience with ProCore and Project Management Software

Hands-on knowledge of CAD modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Reliable transportation and a state issued drivers license is a must for this position

At least 1+ years' experience in Superintendent or Journeyman Level Construction roles is required
