Responsibilities

Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions

Design and configure subscription billing, invoicing, cash application, collections and related workflows within Fusion

Partner with Data Center Services in integrating Fusion with SalesForce, which drives invoicing, inclusive of new services, amendments, renewals, and decommissions

Partner with General Accounting to ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance and to support monthly/quarterly close processes tied to subscription revenue

Partner with Finance to develop dashboards for subscription KPIs (ARR, churn, renewal rates)

Provide training and documentation for subscription management processes

Required
