Responsibilities
Oversee property-level accounting, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close
Prepare and review financial statements for assigned properties in accordance with GAAP
Perform bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash flow reporting
Work with accounts payable and receivable processes for property operations
Collaborate with property managers and asset management teams to support budgeting and forecasting
Utilize Yardi software for property accounting and reporting
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
3+ years of property accounting experience (required)
Proficiency in Yardi property management software
Strong understanding of GAAP and property-level financial reporting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
