Thrive Los Angeles is one of Southern California's leading sales and marketing firms, seeking a Junior Sales Executive to focus on acquiring and overseeing new business accounts. The role involves managing client communications and driving the sales cycle to achieve key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Pitch and collaborate with business owners/decision-makers
Oversee new business account acquisition and account management on behalf of our client
Manage communication between the client and their target market
Drive the sales cycle by effectively conducting one-on-one sales presentations to close
Territory management and organization
Account retention and growth
Achieve standard KPIs outlined by the role expectations
Qualification
Required
0 - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work well with a team
Leadership potential
Great work ethic and discipline
