Responsibilities

Proactively gathering complex requirements, understanding the HR use cases behind Workday functions, and learning clients' internal processes
Building strong relationships with clients, as well as balancing competing priorities of different urgencies across multiple clients
Establishing reasonable timelines and estimates with clients and driving work forward to timely completion
Making unsolicited but related and valuable suggestions of how to improve the configuration and ultimately the user experience within Workday
Leading junior resources and teaching best practice on approaches, requirement gathering, and configuration
Supporting team with initiatives around internal processes and how we work with our customers

Workday certificationAdvanced Compensation configurationHCM suite implementationsEstimatingScopingClient-side Workday experience

Required

Workday certification in Advanced Compensation
At least 3 years of configuration experience in Advanced Compensation
Completed 3+ end-to-end HCM suite implementations delivered via Launch or Your Way; or worked in a post-deployment setting for at least 2 years

Preferred

Another certification is beneficial
Estimating and scoping
Experience in a client-side Compensation role
Client-side Workday implementation experience
