Responsibilities
Provide technical support and solutions for client networks and IT environments
Design, implement, and manage networking solutions, including firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
Manage and maintain virtualized environments and cloud-based systems
Serve as a point of contact for clients, communicating complex technical information in an understandable manner
Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and connectivity issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment of IT projects and solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an MSP Systems Engineer or similar role
Strong networking skills, particularly with firewalls, switching, and wireless technologies
Proficiency with virtualization technologies, Windows servers, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
