Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features using Next.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Implement and promote AI-assisted coding tools to streamline frontend workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve code robustness

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Maintain and improve website performance and scalability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure

Qualification

Required

3+ years of professional experience in front-end development

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Context API)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

Experience with version control tools such as Git

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

Experience with TypeScript

Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution

Experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution
