Human Resource Partner
Tyson Foods is committed to the health and wellness of its team members and is seeking a Human Resource Partner to optimize human capital for business success. This role will focus on employee retention, development, and driving business results while partnering with leadership and People Operations.

Responsibilities
Provide input on and implement HR strategy aligned with the organization’s vision
Assist in developing and implementing plans to optimize HR resource utilization
Partner closely with COEs and People Operations to design and implement onboarding and orientation experiences for new team members
Work with leaders to define workforce strategy and collaborate with COEs and People Operations for effective execution
Manage grievances and work closely with the Labor Relations COE to address potential contract or collective bargaining agreement (CBA) violations
Build team member networks to gather feedback and implement corrective actions in response to adverse business conditions
Identify patterns of behavior that may lead to team member dissatisfaction, developing strategies to improve satisfaction and engagement
Play an active role in talent evaluation and development initiatives
Provide coaching to support leadership development and aid in performance-driven decision-making
Support the EVP and talent enablement processes by identifying improvement opportunities and contributing solutions
Champion EID initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace
Identify and mitigate risk factors in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) using available resources
Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, adjusting based on ROI targets, team member experience, and evolving business needs
Implement innovative programs that prepare the workforce for the future and address current business needs
Influence team member behavior to reinforce key safety and HR principles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and HR best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education
3+ years relevant work experience
Standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required
Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution and ability to implement at various levels of the organization
Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping
Strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
25% travel
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
