Responsibilities

Support the Finance Director across all accounting functions and ensure adherence to GAAP standards

Contribute financial data, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decision-making

Assist in the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts

Forecast cash requirements, monitor obligations, and maintain appropriate funding levels

Research and interpret financial data to respond to internal inquiries, including sales margin analysis and pricing impact

Analyze inventory turns to support cost-control measures

Perform general accounting duties and support monthly/quarterly financial processes

Provide backup support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times
