Epic Beaker AP and CP Certification required
Primary focus on CP, Microbiology, Outreach, DI, and workflows involving reference lab integrations
Support Beaker implementation and multiple lab system upgrades, including build, testing, validation, and go-live activities
Provide hands-on support for Rover specimen collection workflows and related device/instrument integrations
Partner with lab operations and IT teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful rollout and stabilization
