Responsibilities
You will draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts
You will work with the sales team to review, revise and negotiate sales agreements in Salesforce.com and will assist with contract workflow
You will assist the team in third party dispute resolution and managing litigation matters
You will assist the team in connection with intellectual property matters
You will assist the team in responding to subpoenas
You will continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support within the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of contracts across the organization, following all applicable best practices, processes and procedures

Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
Admitted to Colorado or be bar licensed in another state in good standing
0-3 years of law firm and/or in-house experience
Has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements including but not limited to software licensing, SaaS, vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
Has familiarity with laws relevant to the sale and marketing of software including with respect to licensing, data protection/privacy, and intellectual property
Possesses a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
Is extremely detail oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle multiple, competing workloads with changing priorities to meet necessary deadlines
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
