Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Laserfiche platform to meet business and technical requirements
Develop and customize Laserfiche solutions using the Laserfiche SDK and APIs
Lead and support data migration initiatives, including ETL processes, metadata mapping, and document imaging
Integrate Laserfiche with external systems and applications using .NET and web services
Work with SQL Server and other relational databases to extract, transform, and load data
Define and enforce best practices for document management, records retention, and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Prepare technical documentation and provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Laserfiche, including development using the Laserfiche SDK/API
Strong programming experience in C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
Solid understanding of data migration methodologies, including ETL, metadata mapping, and document imaging
Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases for data extraction and transformation
Familiarity with document/content management systems, records retention policies, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Laserfiche certifications (e.g., Laserfiche Solution Developer or Professional Developer)
Experience in enterprise or large-scale content management implementations
Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments
