Responsibilities
Prepare and review domestic and international tax returns and informational filings for a wide range of investment entities, including funds, partnerships, and special purpose vehicles
Manage quarterly tax estimates, allocations, and investor tax deliverables
Oversee FATCA and CRS reporting and related global compliance obligations
Review tax accruals and support tax-related components of financial statement reporting
Coordinate large-scale tax compliance across hedge fund, real estate, and structured credit vehicles
Research transaction-level tax positions and partner closely with operations teams to optimize tax-efficient structures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5–14 years of tax experience within hedge funds or alternative investment vehicles
CPA required
