Responsibilities
Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services. May support a team of professionals or an office
Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest
Prepares various reports detailing/summarizing the information handled by the position/department/program
Frequently has the responsibility of making travel arrangements and maintaining calendars upon request. Reads and answers correspondence
Ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained
Ensure invoices are coded and routed for approval/payment
May track expenses associated with the department or office
May handle confidential information
Works with close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team
Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
Qualification
Required
Security clearance requirement: Clearance eligibility. Able to obtain Top Secret clearance
High School Diploma or equivalent is a minimum
0 to 2 years minimum of related experience
Preferred
Active Top Secret security clearance
