Responsibilities

Support the operations of a dynamic portfolio of office and retail properties

Provide a seamless customer experience as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees

Review accounts payable and receivable, prepare and review contracts, and various reporting

In charge of accurate rent collections, reviewing operating expenses, maintaining insurance policies, assisting with preparation, and monitoring budgets for accuracy and variance

Responsible for the overall operations, coordination and organization of the Commercial Office and Retail properties

Order supplies, assist with tenant coordination for work orders, or lead onsite tenant events

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Ability to focus and maintain attention to performance of tasks and to work and complete assignments on time despite frequent stressful, emergency, critical or unusual interruptions

Self-Starter: Able to take things and run with them. Strategically prioritizes multiple tasks in a pro-active manner

Team oriented: Enjoys working with other Prometheans to create great outcomes to both working and living environments

Brand Ambassador: Acts as an ambassador bringing 'I AM HOME' to life. Creates unique Prometheus experiences for all neighbors, future neighbors, commercial tenants, and fellow Prometheans

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

Minimum two years in commercial property management

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Building Engines, and other commercial real estate software programs
