Responsibilities

Monitor & analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement for supply chain - on time delivery, cost

Collaborate with the supply chain, business & customer service team to work on improvements to supply chain processes to increase customer satisfaction

Work with plant & procurement to improve supply chain outcomes

Lead these improvement projects from conception to implementation with appropriate metrics that show measurable impact

Partner with data team to build supply chain reporting that allows us to monitor & understand performance at various nodes of the supply chain

Support growth of business by improving processes that will not scale effectively

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering or related field

Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment

Proven analytical skills with proficiency in purchasing & manufacturing process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Willingness to innovate, adopt & implement new technologies & methods to improve the process

Willingness to challenge existing processes & drive change
