Responsibilities
Investigate and triage critical software issues affecting Siri’s conversational interactions
Document findings and identify recurring quality issues through trend analysis
Build automation tools to streamline issue investigation and triage
Leverage generative AI technology to enhance triage efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with debugging and log analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in software issue investigation, bug triage, or quality assurance roles
Knowledge of iOS/macOS development environments and Apple device ecosystem
Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants
