2+ years expAlpha is seeking skilled Field Installers to join their team and support the installation of architectural façades and glazing systems on commercial construction sites. The role requires hands-on installation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Install framing, glass panels, panels, anchors, and other façade components in accordance with drawings, shop details, and project specifications
Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other installation equipment
Work closely with foremen and installation teams to meet project timelines and maintain productive workflow
Follow all jobsite safety requirements, PPE standards, and company safety protocols
Assist with layout, material staging, unloading, and organizing site materials
Ensure proper fitment, alignment, sealants, and fastening for all installed components
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in construction, glazing installation, façade installation, or similar trades
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevation drawings, and installation details
Comfort working at heights on lifts, scaffolding, or swing stages, and in various outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering clean, accurate, high-quality work
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a field installation crew
