Responsibilities
Manage the Blue Shield Promise Health Plan Information Resource Center (IRC)
Manage the IRC Representatives and Community Health Advocate (CHA) assigned to the IRC
Provide leadership and oversight of the team’s roles and responsibilities such as providing care coordination for Blue Shield Promise members
Participate in community events
Offer access to care and support services during field visits and at the IRC
Work collaboratively with other leaders to manage the day-to-day operations and management of the IRC
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a team in a customer service or operations environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders and departments
Experience in care coordination or community health services
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to participate in community events and engage with diverse populations
