Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple concurrent construction projects from initiation through completion
Define project goals, standards, operating procedures, and performance metrics aligned with organizational guidelines
Collaborate with senior leadership to recruit, organize, and position key personnel for field operations
Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project schedules and timelines
Establish detailed project budgets following contract award and authorization
Oversee all financial components of projects including billing cycles, equipment procurement, revenue tracking, and expenditure management to safeguard organizational interests and nurture client partnerships
Generate and update precise cost projections and completion forecasts throughout project lifecycle
Direct or execute procurement activities encompassing workforce, machinery, materials, and subcontractor agreements
Supply historical cost data to preconstruction teams to improve bidding precision and competitiveness
Build and sustain productive partnerships with project owners, trade partners, and material suppliers
Serve as primary point of contact among stakeholders to streamline construction operations and coordinate cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with all organizational standards, protocols, and requirements

Required

Four-year degree in engineering, construction-related field, or comparable professional experience
Minimum 10 years of comprehensive background in industrial sector construction, project design, and financial management
Demonstrated success delivering projects ranging from $3 million to $20 million in total value
Consistent career progression with reputable organizations
Capacity to implement creative and results-driven management approaches that enhance team productivity
Deep knowledge of industry-standard practices, methodologies, quality standards, and their influence on project execution
Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
Strong aptitude for leadership, coordination, and analytical thinking
Working knowledge of project management platforms and business software applications
Current and unrestricted driver's license
Willingness to satisfy pre-employment screening requirements including background verification and substance testing as applicable

Preferred

Professional licensure (PE) or project management certification (PMP)
Familiarity with various contracting approaches including traditional bid, progressive design-build, and construction management delivery models
