Manage project invoicing and accounts receivable
Track project costs and expected margins
Support client accounts with reporting and ad-hoc financial tasks
Collaborate across teams (Finance, Product, Client Services, Creative, Production)
Provide support to Logistics through a finance lens
Spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities
Proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Some accounting/finance knowledge is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
