Responsibilities
Complete ownership of 14/12nm FinFET technology products and NPI product ownership with end-to-end (Product tapeout to Yield and Si delivery to customer) responsibility
Problem solving on timely manner in meeting the product delivery and manufacturing timelines
Collaborate with other GlobalFoundries Fabs for technology transfer
Setup manufacturing route, process flow and documentation for technology transfer and new product introduction
Process matching for inline, physical, electrical test, yield and deliver silicon for qualification
Work with cross function teams (module engineering, test, reliability, yield, device, planning, manufacturing, customer engineering) to meet the technology qualification criteria and Product delivery to customers
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Graduating with Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Material, Physics, Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong tactical planning & organizational skills
