The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, developing bids, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to assess painting project scope and requirements
Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines
Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects
Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project execution
Lead, train, and mentor junior estimators or sales staff as needed
Track project budgets, costs, and profitability metrics
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in painting sales, estimating, or project management
Strong knowledge of painting materials, methods, and industry standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with estimating software or Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license
