Responsibilities

Managing the daily operations of marketing programs in Twilio and Airship to keep them performing smoothly and reliably

Creating smart processes and safeguards to ensure every automation is accurate, consistent, and meets federal and state compliance requirements

Configuring and optimizing text and push campaigns using Marketo, Twilio, and Airship to boost performance and customer engagement

Serving as a trusted subject matter expert for mobile messaging best practices, strategy, and implementation for stakeholders across the company

Collaborating with Data Analysts to understand campaign results and use insights to inform improvements

Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to strengthen team culture and support shared goals

Required
