Responsibilities
Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists
Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service experience - 6 years
Contact Center or Medical Concierge - 2 years
Supervisory Role - 1 year
Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects
Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment
Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met
