The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics CRM system while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets their needs.

Responsibilities

Customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including workflows, plugins, and integrations

Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into CRM system configurations, customizations and integrations

Develops and maintains technical documentation for CRM solutions

Performs data migration tasks and supports/enhances integrations with other business applications

Performs system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Monitors system performance and implements improvements to ensure optimal performance

Required

2+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or similar role

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service
