They are seeking an Electronic Technician II to work at the USPS Central Repair Facility in Topeka, KS, where the technician will perform electro-mechanical repair and overhaul of mail processing and delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform testing and repair of simple to complex electronic and electromechanical equipment using common hand tools and general to more complex test equipment (e.g., multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, Teradyne, etc.)

Diagnose and repair items to the component level

Receive technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher level technician and work is reviewed for specific compliance with accepted practices and work assignments

May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians

Performs other related duties as assigned
