Responsibilities
Create installation manuals and ensure that new or revised information is documented, revision controlled, and reviewed by stakeholders before release
Work within Engineering systems to create and maintain technical manuals that are used for training, testing and validation
Assist in and develop processes that will improve effectiveness and efficiency for the department
Create and maintain engineering sites
Create and maintain document templates
Update the Quick Reference Guide with new model additions and supersession parts
Assist in the publications of dealer reference materials
Facilitate department meetings and maintain documentation
Assist in the management of inventory
Support in purchasing of competitive machines
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Preferred
One year of technical writing experience preferred
