Responsibilities

Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve HEDIS measure performance and support regulatory initiatives
Leading data analysis to identify actionable trends, gaps, and performance opportunities for Quality metrics across Commercial lines
Supporting Health Plan Rating (HPR) strategies by identifying areas for targeted improvement and tracking progress
Creating clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards to support quality, compliance, and executive decision-making
Delivering data-driven insights to internal stakeholders — and presenting them with clarity and strategic focus
Collaborating with internal partners including IT, Analytics COE, and Quality-of-Care teams to streamline data pipelines and enhance analytic capabilities
Ensuring timely delivery of high-stakes regulatory and accreditation reports

Required

5+ years of progressive experience as a Business or Data Analyst in a health care environment
Strong proficiency in analyzing healthcare data, generating insights, and making strategic recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to translate data into impact for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Expertise in quality reporting and HEDIS performance analysis strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HealthCare Management or related field preferred
Master's Degree preferred
