Responsibilities
Actively support NAM Repacking Controller in the preparation of the 3PO budget, forecast and long-term plan exercises for the company
Executes the mass cost run for each fiscal year, open material view and perform material costing based on the business request
Performs the month end activities (Production Orders settlement, Cost reclasses, running and reconciliation variance reporting on DIRA)
Reviews and analyses the main production KPIs on monthly basis with the goal of providing useful insight information to the business about the monthly performance (production volume, manufacturing efficiencies, price variances)
Develops R&O monthly report following the Group template, including contract potential savings evaluation, OVH cost/savings projection and PPV analysis
Collaboration with administrative department to periodically review the vendor POs and eventually confirm the closing, by evaluating the P&L impact
Creating insightful presentations that summarize cost evolution and associated drivers
Prepares financial impact analyses of new projects
Performs monthly stock control to evaluate risk of aging and devaluation. Identifying and addressing the main issues and risk on timely basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance experience required
Demonstrates proficiency with SAP (FI/CO modules) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Solid expertise in reporting tools and models. Demonstrates their ability to integrate data-driven decision-making into finance-related roles
A strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions
Effective communication skills to influence, build relationships and collaborate with team members across various levels of the organization
A proactive work ethic, able to take initiative in managing tasks, escalate questions / issues promptly, and ensure timely follow-through
Strong organizational skills, a high-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
Ability to work independently and in teams

Knowledge of financial reporting systems is preferred (Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase)
