Sr. Training Consultant - Private Market Funds

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior subject matter expert who develops training plans and activities to fit the needs, goals and objectives of the Training & Development team and broader business
Provide strategy and expertise for Training & Development team’s preparation for and ongoing support of the private market funds offering by developing content and resources for key internal audiences. Including, but not limited to:
Writing and designing wholesaler playbooks
Curating content for LincolnFinancial.com
Developing and implementing investment resources for use with wholesalers and other stakeholders
Creating training resources for onboarding wholesalers
Scripting and creating informational video content for various audiences
Support and amplify Lincoln’s value-add campaigns and product launches, in coordination with marketing, to offer new resources for wholesalers and build buzz externally, including video clips, social media content, presentations, informational one-pagers and more
Help amplify the differentiating value of the Training & Development team in the marketplace and its model to create the “industry’s best trained sales team,” including media interviews, article bylines and social media content for VP – Training & Development and others. Pursue opportunities to promote Training & Development team internally across the Lincoln enterprise, in coordination with Corporate Communications
Serve as the overall resource to Training team, by developing and reinforcing consistent style, formatting and tone that align with corporate objectives and brand and are compliance approved
Support in creating key operational tools including PowerPoint slides, emails, agendas, talking points and more
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of progressive experience in training and design that directly aligns to the specific responsibilities of the position including demonstrated leadership experience and collaboration with senior leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
FINRA Series 6
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to simplify complex financial and product topics for diverse audiences across multiple channels
Proven track record of recommending creative strategies, tools, and fresh approaches
Skilled in building relationships and collaborating effectively within a matrix organization
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to flawless execution
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize strategically
Preferred
FINRA Series 7
Experience supporting Private Market Funds, Alternative Investments, Interval Funds or other similar securities
